Didn’t he also say we forced out Gray and Eddie wanted no more to do with Leeds?

Maybe we’ve had the conversation but it seems Sara is bound for Turkey

Summerville deal finally done and dusted, came for a mil gone for 30m is good business really.
Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
I’m not sure he’s all he thinks he is. Not fussed with him. Did well but selfish imo. Could have done much more, we’ll see how he goes on, i think he’ll end up as a make weight in some other deal couple of years down road.Batley_white wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2024 8:50 pm Summerville deal finally done and dusted, came for a mil gone for 30m is good business really.

Still time for willy to go
Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
I’ll be surprised if we’ve heard the last of the ‘players choice clause’
And from sounds of it wouldn’t expect too much of what we’ve received for Summerville to be reinvested. 50% at best imo.

Smyth starting to question the clubs ‘liberal’ use of the truth
Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
Smyth:
“We had it from two sources, both of whom could more than reasonably be expected to know. Why they said there was no clause is a question for them. I can understand the club not wanting to reveal the existence of clauses but the 'we can dictate terms' line was unwise, at best.”
Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
As with any exit we await to see what the club comes up with for replacements. Think we’re covered for wide positions (imo). Would like to see cover for LB, maybe CB depending on Wobers disposition and a genuine 10. The latter I think is out of our reach in terms of a permanent deal.
