yep it's bonkers, also how does 'potential' even justify a £35m fee?. Jota went to Liverpool for £40m and he was close to the finished article ripping up the prem.

Maybe I'm living in the past but I don't associate that kind of money with potential, unless it's a very special young player. And Rutter's time at Hoffenheim certainly didn't put him in that bracket.
