The 3 yanks seem to struggle with the basic idea of ball retention, it’s like a hot spud to them, As for a CF coming so deep, it doesn’t matter what his style is, the basic idea of just standing on their last man forcing them to mark him with a couple instead of allowing them free range in our half comes into play.Running around half way into our half with your hands pulled into your sleves serves no purpose, especially when if the ball does cone to you, you have a nasty habit of passing it back to one of their players moving towards our goal. He’ll be right but fuck me some of this is so basic.
I’ll go see him next time he’s home, only from about 20 mins away

Tell him to stop doing step-overs on the halfway line. Serves no purpose. Just gives defenders time nick ball of him, which they invariably do.
Just needs to protect the ball and give us time to push up the pitch.
Another Orta masterclass. We don't have the luxury of spending our budget on potential.

I actually think he’s got the potential, i agree however he needs to be made to wear short sleeves, black boots and cut his fuckin hair. After that’s sorted we’ll get onto the step overs.
He was not by any stretch the biggest culprit for giving the ball away cheaply playing us into the merde. We actually looked decent last 15/20 mins, considering the money chelski have spent, they were very poor mind. We missed a trick with that Gallagher.

Aye, biggest culprits were McKennie and Harrison.
Yeah potential is there for Rutter but we really needed an experienced no.9 in Jan. Pointless buying potential in a relegation scrap. The kind of players we should've been looking at are the likes of Wood, Adams, Ings, Wellbeck. Not saying specifically those, but experienced Prem strikers, unspectacular but know the role.
Spend £35m on an unproven young striker when you've either consolidated your Prem status or at least have a couple of fit strikers already.

Had enough of this shit. McKennie is no better than Klich or Forshaw, and why the fuck have we spent £35 million on a kid who can't hold ball up?
Aaronson and Harrison need the stars aligning to put a decent ball in.
Summerville can look dangerous at times, when he's not disappearing up his own arse or rolling around on deck.
Why the fuck didn't Gnonto start if he's fit?. Only one that plays with his head up.
Need Sini and Gnonto playing wide of Bamford. But that won't happen cos 2 of em are crocked.
Pretty good summary.
McKennie is Pretty poor, Harrison was awful.
Firpi or Koch best two.
Marsch has gone but still fucking us with Rodrigo injury.
