He's an international football manager, he's managed in England before, and football is maybe England's biggest industry (I'm assuming), but they fuck about as though he could be an illegal immigrant or something.

They should just let him take training and if something comes up he gets suspended, or whatever...

Phil Hay has said he doesn't see there being a problem and that the club don't seem to be concerned it won't get done.

My guess is that it's already been applied for and he's already been in front of the exemption panel.
