Trying to find this info myself. Before the transfer went through all the reports were obligation upon promotion. But since it's gone through I can't see this anywhere. Just says "obligation".

Our attempt to sign Strand Larsen in January confuses me somewhat.
Seemed a rushed attempt at the time and there's been no.sign of further attempts at signing a centre forward yet this summer.
If it was thought that it was required in January then with Piroe now just left a new centre forward seems a must given we only have two in that position now.
You'd hope to think that our budget for this would be bigger now...
