He got his trophies the same place Marsch did - Austria. That well known hard to win league.

I just want someone who plays to the strengths and not afraid to have a go or at least go forward and not backwards.

I think he won the equivalent of the FA cup in Germany also. And some other German cup. Seemed to do well at Monchengladbach which got him his move to Dortmund. But from then on he seems to have not met expectations, getting sacked by Dortmund and later by Leipzig for poor league and European performance.
