Thing is, when they say they’re at the limit of PSR, I believe them. We spend in January (rarely cheap), we have to offset with a sale, either then, or at the end of the season.

Apprently we went for these big signings then would have had to sell a player or 2 like gnonto struijk to pay for some of the back up buys. Sounds like we are a bit fucked by psr for playing in champ for 2 seasons with big wages etc and only letting a couple of the big names go.
