no one needed carrying today, everyone played their part, Ampadu ran the midfield, Stach, tanaka brilliant. Bogle had a couple of dodgy moments as did our keeper. Subs all played their parts even Harrison, all in all a good performance
Piroe put a shift in and IMHO he was unlucky not to score when Pickford saved at close range with his leg.

I don't think that Bogle was 100% match fit as he didn't offer as much as he normally does and in fact probably sat tighter because Gudmundsson, who was probably one of our best players, was offering so much on the opposite flank. You can't both bomb forward.
I like our added pragmatism.

Central midfielders were all class. So pleased to see Ampadu get up from that late dirty challenge.
Thought Piroe was doing his usual amble about tbh.

I dont know what game you watched pal, he did put a shift in, all those closing down situations all started with him. Could have had better chances had the ball been played in to him better, unfortunately Willy wasted some gilt edge chances he could have passed to someone in a better position

He did for first 5 then seemed to disappear imo. Have to agree to disagree.

I thought first 5 then he disappeared. We’ll see later in season anyway, He is best finisher we have, just wish he could win a ball in a challenge, one in air even. Don’t think i’ve ever seen him win an arial Duel.

I must say that this is factually incorrect.

Guess we all see things differently. He’s a great finisher but for me contributes very little else. Hope he proves me wrong.
