I'd like to think if that's our main competition we'll easily be the most attractive move. Though he apparently has a lot of other interest too but just us and Sunderland reported to have made offers so far.

Seems to have done the trick. Romano "here we go" just dropped regarding his move to Sunderland. €35.5m fee including add-ons. Seems pretty steep. They've basically used the whole Jobe fee for his replacement. Probably priced us out/went above what we consider him to be worth. iirc we were looking to spend around £22m on him.

Will be tough. However, according to an online directory there are another 200 people in the UK called Daniel James. Surely at least one of them is better than Aaronson. Furthermore they're all available on a free as none of them are footballers.
