Was hoping they might buy Gelhardt.
Aye, their previous manager loved him. Shame.
Though maybe another year on loan at the top end of the Champ will increase his value. Seems like he's on the verge of becoming a very good Championship player. We just need a half decent team to take a chance on him rather than bottom half dross.
Sunderland up which is good for us. That squad is saturated with utter dreck. A moments team that have managed to claw over the line with consecutive late heroics in avarage performances, after half a season of midtable form.
No way the likes of Mundle, Rigg and Roberts etc. make the step up and their backline is a bunch of plodders. Also, their young star Watson agreed terms with Brighton last month and another key player, Le Fee, is only there on loan.
They'd have to spend a fortune just to get to our current level, and we have a lot of work to do ourselves. Can see them having a worse points tally than Southampton.

They were shit but glad they be Wilder. Le Fee or whatever his name is will set them back £20 million. Committed to buy.
