Regarding surviving relegation, this is how I see it:

...........................New GK

New RB......Rodon.......Struijk.......New LB

..................Ampadu......Tanaka

James.................New no.10............Solomon

............................New no.9

Squad Players:
Meslier, Piroe, Aaronson, Gnonto, Ramazani, Firpo, Bogle, Gruev, Wober.

5 essential first team signings (6 including Solomon) and a few Prem-competent squad signings to add depth.
Solomon is not ours mate, 2 center halves i don’t think up to it, other 3 maybe. But that you have posted demonstrates how my point on how lacking we are in reality.

I think Solomon has said he wants to return to London area. His wife pulling the strings. Probably Fulham?

In that case I'd imagine a few london clubs might have a look at him. I read the other day he's got the most assists/goals in the league over the last few months, so I'm sure he'll be attracting attention.

I don’t rate Pascal. Also think Rodon plays better with Ampadu next to him.

Keeper
Left back
Centre back x2
An 8 as Rothwell not prem standard
A 10 with BA back up
A couple of 9s with Bamford gone, Piroe back up and Joseph out on loan.

Probably need some to replace Byram for both full back slot cover

Like for like should any of the wingers leave.

What we think of job moyes has done at Everton? Flash in pan? Shows how bad Dyche was? West ham i thought would regret letting him go. Above scum now and would guess going escape again.

The exciting thing is thus far the scouting/recruitment has been spot on so I'd like to think that trend will continue. Since last summer I'd say the vast majority of our signings have been hits rather than duds. If we can have a similar success rate regarding summer signings it will bode very well.

I also reckon there will be a few players in the Bundesliga that Farke fancies who aren't currently obtainable until we're in the Prem. I might be wrong but I think it was Farke who nudged us towards Tanaka?

He's a very capable manager. Worst thing he ever did was go to Scum. Impossible job.

Wanted him first summer. In a way thank fuck Düsseldorf weren’t interested in selling then because if the season had panned out the way it did we’d have lost him too.

Indeed.

Wonder how much we value him at now. 26 yrs old so not young but still got his prime to come. Probably the best midfielder in the Championship. Versatile too. Got the attributes to play the 6, 8 and 10.
