He clearly knows what he's doing which will be a refreshing change. Got Watford a 11th place finish, (and they were mental to sack him after only 4 matches the following season), did very well at Malaga considering the budget. Valencia were in financial ruin when he went there so midtable with them about par for the course.

Roca should be suited more to this guy's approach. In Marsch's setup he was forced to make progressive passes into congested areas which made him look shit.
