MDT. Man City v Leeds

Post by Rick »

Roca, McKennie and Forshaw start which hopefully makes our non-existent midfield more.....existent, offers backline protection. Robles starts. Koch not 100% so 3 fullbacks in our backline.

Strong City team today.

If we can just get through it without being humiliated and put in a decent enough performance I'll be satisfied, a decent platform heading into last 3.

No injuries today will be especially important.

Chuck Rutter and Gray on.

Let them test themselves against the best. See what they have.

Harrison looks fucked. Either he’s got a knock or the lack of fitness is showing

Well that wasn't the spanking most of us expected. Helps the goal difference.

Robles and Rodrigo have to start next game. Kristensen actually looks useful at centre half.

Certainly something to build on.
Allardyce seemed to try 2 or 3 different formations during the match. Need to close down Newcastle's wide players.

Well we weren't humiliated and no reason for that result to have an adverse effect on morale.

Goal difference didn't take much of a hit too. OK day really. Saying that, they could've scored a lot more. Just glad it's fuckin done.
