Wonder how UK football contracts compare to contracts they are used to dealing with in american rugby? As said contracts would have been looked at during DD, just wonder if loan option means the same in the good old us of a ?

You would like to think the lawyers will have known and pointed that out in their report. Not as if 49ers staff have sat down with the books and gave it a quick coat of looking and gone nah all good here mate.

I was wondering generally mostly but i’d guess ( or at least hope) they would use UK law specialists for this type of thing. Just makes me wonder what shit clauses are hidden znd will come out in wash.
No doubt monies will have been kept back for these type if things but given the shit going down with Radz previous sale it just made me wonder.
