Been a few good goals so far. Players actually shooting instead of trying to walk it in.

That Kyle Walker chance really wound me up. Through on goal yet tries to play it into a congested 6 yard box. More chance of scoring if he shoots. Unless someone is unmarked ya should always shoot there. Harder to find a white shirt than the net so what's fuckin point.

Southgate post match: "We know we don't have a natural replacement for Kalvin Phillips. We're trying different things at the moment and we're not flowing as we'd like"

Does he even know what year it is?

Yep.

As the rest of the nation wonders why our attackers won't cross the halfway line, that numpty is pining over a DM.

Yet again we get to a tournament and he decides now is the time to experiment.
Remember when we played a full year of 3-4-3 in the run up to (last Euros?) a tournament only to revert to 4-2-3-1 as soon as the competition kicked off?
Man’s a fucking imbecile.

He doesn't know what he's doing basically.

Fair play to him. If someone offered me that money to manage England I'd also be blinking incessantly in front of video cameras talking complete bollocks.

Difference with me is I'd just tell the players to implement the tactics of their club teams, then I'd fuck off to a German bar for a month and return to raise the trophy.

Can't believe Southgate has scraped his way to another semi.
