Like you said; bit of a mess. I think the rules are outdated. Rules that they were all encouraged to vote for in the interest of fairness and seemed relevant at the time. Turns out those rules only really benefit the few. Glass ceiling and all that. Competition translates as know your place.

Aye. Ive just read that new PL financial regulations are in place for next season. Though i dont know enough about it to say whether that will improve fairness. Seems the Man City stuff is more specifically about APT rules (which majority of teams support).

Tbh I find it all a tad confusing. Keep meaning to research this stuff properly but I always just zone out
