Seems fucking stupid doesn't it.
He's an international football manager, he's managed in England before, and football is maybe England's biggest industry (I'm assuming), but they fuck about as though he could be an illegal immigrant or something.
They should just let him take training and if something comes up he gets suspended, or whatever...

These are the same divs that made out they had spoken to the agent of a load of our transfer targets.
If they guess right now and then good luck to them. I trust them not one bit as a reliable source for anything though.

My guess is that it's already been applied for and he's already been in front of the exemption panel.
