Yep. Has genuine pace like James. Statistically one of the best in Europe for beating a man one on one. Can also play up top if needed so versatile. Ticks a lot of boxes.

i have seen his injuries that he spent weeks out included toothache and lumbago though

i saw a post from an everton fan somewhere yesterday that makes his injury record not seem as bad, basically just a few recurring injuries through managers rushing him back cos they were in the shit, dyche came in and let him recover properly, played a lot last season.

Since Dyche went in, DCL played 33 games in 23/24 and 26 games 24/25.

If he can be fit for a similar amount of games this season he should be a worthwhile signing.

Yep, I read he broke his toe and cos ancelloti rushed him back he did something else , then when lampard came in he rushed him back cos they were short and same happened, before that he was fine with injuries, linked to big cluns and went to a major tournament with England. And since coming back from those injuries hes been fine, not scored a lot though, but Everton are shite

According to the Everton forums he had sod all service and the team wasn't playing to his strengths. However, he was missing a fair few sitters on the rare occasions he got them, but that will probably just be a confidence thing, as he was pretty lethal a few years earlier.
