It'll go to the exemptions panel thing and he'll get granted what he needs from them.

Still no reason he can’t take training, be at match, just as long as it’s not in an official capacity. He’s on his hols doing some personal research and sight seeing by invitation. Really is simple as.

Doesn't work like that somebody was saying. He can't take training until he has that official whatever it is we're waiting on.

Just saying there are easy ways around it, Nothing stopping him been their as an observer in prep for work permit. The law is actually cannot be in paid work specifically without a permit.
