Can’t do anything about other teams picking up in excess of 90pts. First season you had Leicester cheating their way out of it & a relentless Ipswich. Even with our stuttered start with squad turmoil we’d have been up most seasons (including this current one). Gutting to lose Gray but he had a price point in his contract and may have gone anyway. Summerville has done fuck all until last few months in a West Ham shirt.

Lot of ifs, buts & maybes around how we would have done with an immediate return. Firpo, Meslier. Would we have been better for it? Who knows.

Would Spurs have let us have Rodon for 10m? Probably not. The price for Solomon doubled as soon as we went up so we walked away from that.

Instead of wondering why you cant settle on him. Perhaps more pertinent would be to wonder why you feel the need to diminish this man's achievements with pure conjecture.

What's wrong with giving credit where it's due but also wanting a new manager in to take us to the next level? That's where most of his critics are at, but why do you have to piss on everything he's done for this club?
