Didn't really give much away on the Spence reasoning

Farke on Spence decision: "Obviously it's important, the potential & quality of the player but also professionalism, discipline, workload on & off the pitch & also the soft skills, if he's positive and committed, good for the group and engaged with these topics."

Kinda suggests Spence's attitude wasn't spot on, without spelling it out. Dunno. He said some complimentary things too. But ultimately we paid money for his services til end of season and still sent him back, which in itself is pretty damning. As is Spurs instantly putting him up for sale upon his return. Another loan move could increase his value and be no bother to Spurs, but seems they don't trust him to have a successful loan move anymore and just want rid ASAP.

If it is an attitude thing, shame we failed in our due diligence. Its not like his attitude hadn't been publicly questioned in the past by those working with him.
