Was a shit performance but researching new managers after the run we've had is nuts. He's won this league twice with shitter squads.
Quite.
I get what you’re insinuating here Sid. But you go back through Champ tables from last few years after 21 games and you’ll be hard pressed to find sides with more points than we have. Just about any other season we’d be top 2 if not actually top. Our record since start of September is outstanding.
At the moment you just have to take your hats off to the 2 above who are both on course to break the 110pt barrier. 2 teams. It’s unheard of. And just typical for us that we have to land in the Championship that season.
There’s still 25 games to go.
I should perhaps clarify my comment, I think we should be researching other managers incase we don’t go up, i think overall he’s steadied the ship well given the shit show he walked into, I do however feel with what he has at his disposal he should be getting us promoted, ( much better overall squad than Bielsa ever had imo).
If he did get us promoted i’m not sure he’s capable of taking us forward in Prem, eitherway i think we need to be considering ( and i’m sure they will be) what next in either situation. ( i know hiding to nothing with me) I just think he seems devoid of ideas to change things about. I’ve said several times during the season not sure about him. I’d love to see him succeed and he’s a million miles better than the wank.
Maybe a couple of shrewd buys in Jan will see us through, we are certainly lacking players who can create and breakdown stubborn defenses and that was really really evident last night.
Nice guy who has done ok,is he the man? Not sure, Jury out here.

Basically if he doesn't smash the points record of the championship he needs replacing?
He's on 2 points per game. Surely the plan if we don't go up should be to try keep our best players/strengthen where possible and go for that 2 points per game next season when Ipswich and Leicester have fucked off?
If he has a poorer second half of the season and last night becomes a more common occurrence then the conversation will perhaps be different.

Sorry Sid but I find that approach laughable and just repeating the same mistakes we’ve made in the past.
Farke joined Norwich just after they got relegated in 2017. They finished 14th. We all know what happened the following season.
We’ve had probably the most difficult summer since we were relegated to League 1. Regardless of where we finish he gets to start next season for me.

I think that's what the board have in mind tbh. Farke's first interviews gave the impression this is a 2 year project to get us up.

Given his record, he deserves that. Although honestly, as much as I want to go up, the prospect of playing in the cess pit of corruption above us doesn’t exactly fill me with joy.

Anyone know what happens regarding Sini and Harrison's clauses if we don't go up? Are they entitled to go on loan again or can we actually sell the twats?

Not sure with Sini. He’d only threaten legal action again anyway.
Sure I read Harrison can go on loan again.

Ffs. Absolute joke.
I see Orta is driving Sevilla off a cliff next. 16th in La Liga and rock bottom of their Champions league group with no wins.

They were in the shit before he got there. But it’s like chucking a can of petrol on a BBQ.
