Smyth saying we've been talking to Igor Paixao's representatives this week.
A Brazilian left winger. 16 goals, 14 assists in 34 appearances for Feyenoord in the league last season.
2 goals and 5 assists in 11 champions league appearances last season.

BBC just announced Longstaff on twitter then deleted it a minute later. Assume they've jumped the gun and didnt realise we haven't announced it yet.

Wiki says Longstaff is 5'11". On the welcome video he towers over Michael Bridges whom Wiki says is 6'1".
