Other news posted tonight... Fabrizio says optimistic that deal will go through. Wes mate said Wes was convinced on Leeds after talking with Jesse and Tyler and conversations 49ers group had with his agent. 49ers ownership "moved like the mafia" made call to Victor and told him to not fuck it up and get it over the line. Wes mate said hang up now is around the loan obligation:
"Juve wants a loan on their terms because Wes can perform for 5 months in EPL & his price would sky rocket. Unless Leeds can pay their demand right now, it’ll be a loan. Leeds don’t want a loan unless it’s an obligation to buy at set price.”

Ornstein saying Forest sniffing round McKennie. McKennies ‘friend(?)’ saying it’s bullshit and WM would never go there ‘Leeds the exception’.
McKennie not in Juve squad this weekend.

Weston McKennie, one step away from joining Leeds United as reported yesterday night. Deal now at final stages between clubs on loan with buy option

EXCL: Leicester City made £20m offer last week to sign Jack Harrison from Leeds United. #LUFC deciding whether to sell or keep & tie down to new contract (current deal ends 2024). Also unclear if 26yo winger in favour of move or not

Weston McKennie to Leeds, here we go! Understand Leeds will pay €1.2m loan fee — deal will include buy option clause for €33m plus add ons

Around £28m then plus whatever the add ons are. Not a high fee nowadays really.
Hopefully he does well. The board crash? Not been able to get on for ages.
