From what I gather he's a right sided firpo (though performed better than him in the Prem it seems). Good going forward but suspect at the back. One of their best players last season, and their fans reckon his defensive shortcomings are much less of an issue in the Champ.

Seems we're getting a top Champ level attacking full back with potential to be competent in the Prem, for £5m. Their fans generally think it's poor business from them so I assume it's good business on our part.

Anyway, I'll have to see the fucker play before making a judgement on whether it's good business. Though, judging by our recruitment last summer, I'm optimistic about him.

No loan clause so won't have a choice I guess, unless we accept a bid. Probably put a transfer request in the second we reject a bid mind.

Logically i don’t have a problem with them two coming back. We don’t know full story but I’ll assume they wanted to play higher level to play in Euros and yank one.
