Probably end up selling one of Gruev, Longstaff or Tanaka. Gruev yes but I don't think Charles is better.

Hard to say really. I wouldn't want us to go higher than £25m. He wasn't even a regular at Southampton. Though from what their fans say, that was more to do with the system. He is generally rated highly amongst their fans.

Huge potential apparently. That's main theme surrounding him.

I've always been a little torn on Struijk.

He just strikes me as a player who's inclusion or absence has absolutely no bearing on whether we win or lose football matches.

I think he's a solid option but easily replaceable. Last year of contract so understandable the fee is little low.

Dunno. I also reckon he might be one of those players who i only appreciate after they've left.

Tbh I've been drinking heavily this weekend and dont know what to think.

Last year of contract & wont sign another.

Struijk can have excellent games. But he is also prone to being dragged out of position by chasing a ball and getting done on the turn.

We knew there’d be departures this summer. Struijk, Gnonto were high on that list due to financial rules. Possibly Tanaka too.

Pascal is one of those players who does the easy stuff well consistently but struggles to do the hard stuff consistently. Unfortunately for him its the hard stuff than can cost goals. Doesn’t scream leader to me either as when shit hits the fan he buckles, gets flustered and makes silly decisions. £20m is good business and pure profit so all good.
