@Titman.
That is about right. I speak to Stix every week.He was given the three options that Angus had promised earlier. Angus went round to his house There was a preliminary hearing with ACAS at the beginning of the month.Stix had changed Solicitors, and Walker Morris, the clubs solicitors were unaware of the new firm , and we believe that they thought Stix was acting for himself, hence instead of reaching an agreement with Stix they advised the club to proceed with the prelim. However they were somewhat shocked that he was indeed represented. The process is now that it goes to a judicial review in September and then the full hearing in February. Angus is moaning about the cost, and maybe there will be some movement by the September hearing.
The club has blamed the dispute on Orta, and have said that it is unlikely that he will return for the tribunal. I would think the Club hopes he won't return, as I am pretty sure that having been sacked he will be a hostile witness.
Their latest strategy is to claim that there have been death threats against James Mooney, and intimated that this is as a result of the Stix campaign, and several posters on FB were blocked including Stix's wife. They appealed and were immediately reinstated as there was nothing inflammatory in their posts, but it was clear the club had tried to censor them. The threat was allegedly reported to the Police again to frighten posters, however it had not, as Police confirmed.
Mooney had several motives for this claim. Firstly, him being the centre of death threats shows to 49ers how important he is, secondly it deflects away from the bullying accusations, and lastly it reduces the pro STix social media.

Started on WACCOE last night by some guy that is apparently never wrong, despite being wrong on more than one occasion.
Nobody really knows but we'll find out today won't we.

Doubt it's true, there's been no reports that anyone is even after Sini has there? Certainly nobody has bid for him. Why would he refuse to play if nobody has made an offer for him?
Unless perhaps an offer was very very recent and journos ain't picked up on it yet.

Has a knee injury anyway doesn't he?
I'm sure that's what Farke said.
