Massive point, just need to follow it up by beating West Ham.

Good point but fucking rancid performance and playing ‘style’.

Just so tedious watching us mount attacks. Same play over and over till someone gets crowded out. Sums it up everytime Meslier catches a cross, runs to edge of his box for quick throw but just starts screaming cos nobody is showing for it, presumably because they've no idea what to do if they receive it.
At least Wednesday we'll commit more forward so at least we'll have options on the ball, but with that comes us being ridiculously wide open at the back. It's all a bit grim and not fun viewing.
Ah well, decent point and on we march. Just not entirely sure what we're marching towards.

Marching towards a finish of 15th-17th and it'll be called a success by many

Fewest wins, most goals conceded per game, second lowest win %, second lowest goals scored % and second highest loss %

Yep. I would see it as success but there's no indication we'd build on it. Perpetually treading water aint success to me.
Dunno what's going on with all the take over stuff, I stopped paying attention ages ago, so can only view things as they stand. Can still move forward without being loaded but ya need a top recruitment team and good manager. We have neither, so it's all a bit grim.

Marsch reckons the clean sheet was more valuable than the point today as we've conceded too many goals before the World Cup.
Fuck knows what he's getting at. Does he think Newcastle's poor finishing means anything in regards to our defensive progress? 7 big chances they missed. Last time we got a clean sheet after giving away 7 big chances was 2018.

Whispers that the 49ERs will no longer be taking over. Christ knows how accurate that is.
The club have absolutely quashed the momentum we came up with and killed off my usual positivity/enthusiasm and I hate them for that.

I’m thinking Marsch is a lucky manager. Lucky in respect that teams keep wasting these opportunities.
