Maybe ‘poor’ is a bad choice of phrase.
I wouldn’t call it an outstanding window.
We’re a Hamer or Sallai away from that - for me anyway.
As things stand….6/10
Not good, didn’t agree with AG sale, was non plussed with jimmy and kamara sale, thought it a crime to sell The Plescop kid. Biggest issue for me though is tactics.
If the 69 ers wanted up and a return on investment before next years sale to RB i reckon they have made same mistake as Radz. How that fuckin kinnear is still in employment is beyond me, he’s the one consistant through all this. Slimy piece of shot he is.

I guess only time will tell. I remember thinking Kristensen was a good signing and I gave that window a 7, which turned out to be a fatal mess. Need to see what they all bring to the table.
But yeah, on the face of it, looks to me we're a Gus Hamer away from a decent window. A Known quantity who will make a huge difference. As it stands, I don't really know what to expect from these players. Though I'm hopeful and the quality of last year's signings reassures me a bit.
Rothwell seems average Champo player to me. Not too sure how much he plays now after the arrival of Tanaka. Thought Ampadu & Gruev look decent last time out. Think what gets overlooked with those 2 is that they barely played together as a pair last season. Gruev only coming in when Amps had to drop into the back line.
Solomon coming back off a horrendous injury so question marks there. If fit, he’s an absolute diamond at this level.
I remember thinking we had a player in Kristiansen. Dead excited about him. Lasted around 9 minutes until he got bodied by Pedro Neto and just remember thinking ‘ah’.
Hopefully Ramazani is the real deal.
No idea mate. But if the season doesn’t go as planned that’ll be pointed at as a pivotal decision. Personally think it’s the difference to being up there, similar to last season & being top 2. Be nailed on to score against us anorl.
