Because they were behind closed doors kick abouts. Rangers will have announced them for social media interactions.Fev wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 12:49 amIt's fucking wank pal, no mention of the two games against rangers today, it's been very slow putting out info

According to Hairy Crackling, Summerville has it in his head that Liverpool is his only destination. Describes it as another ‘Raphinha’ situation.
Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
If true, you'd assume Liverpool will have reached out to Summerville and told him they fully intend to sign him.
Carvalho as part of the deal would be nice. Similar G and A output as Cre at this level.

Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
That’d make it easier. What we don’t want is a scenario towards the end of the window where Liverpool will only pay below what we’re looking for. We’ll bottle it.
Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
Aye. Hopefully interest from other clubs might force Liverpool's hand earlier than that. If not we need to stand firm.
Also, he may well only want to go to Liverpool, but difference with Raph (and Phillips iirc) is they were highly sort after but gave us one last season. This was Summerville's first proper breakthrough so I doubt we said last summer "give us 1 more season and we'll let you go where you want". He won't have dreamed of a move to Liverpool last summer. Hopefully we have more leeway with this one.

dont you think we should have as well? with virtually no information on sales/transfers coming out of the club, it would have stopped folk speculating for 10 minsYeboahs left foot wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 4:57 pmBecause they were behind closed doors kick abouts. Re: LUFC Summer Transfer Thread
Got to be honest and say i’m not overly convinced with him, he got found out as we went further into the season. Bit of a one trick pony imo. Decent prem full back would soon shut him out, a decent clumping early on and he’d be out of the game. I’m not sure he would shine in a higher grade team tbh. He’s selfish in possession as well, ( could be farke ball and lack of cf waiting in box) but this will put a good few off, a wingers main role is supply, he doesn’t often offer that. His goal ratio is good but he won’t get that freedom in prem. Dunno.Rick wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 8:32 pm Aye. Hopefully interest from other clubs might force Liverpool's hand earlier than that.
