AFC Bournville vs Zebbydog’s Almighty Leeds United
Re: AFC Bournville vs Zebbydog’s Almighty Leeds United
Could have played all night and still wouldn’t have scored.
Re: AFC Bournville vs Zebbydog’s Almighty Leeds United
That is the manager’s modus operandi. So scared to actually go out and try to win games. Not having a shot on target in the second half when you’re chasing a game is fucking disgraceful.
I’d try to get Eddie Howe before scum snap him up.

You can’t say things like that, Farke is God.
Re: AFC Bournville vs Zebbydog’s Almighty Leeds United
Farke is the most negative manager I can recall at Leeds. Last season he did ok but I believe that was his peak. He managed to find a way to get us points last year but this season it is no where near as effective. He is now slowly reverting to type and the negativity is taking over. We won’t progress as a club under him.Sid wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2026 5:32 pmYou can’t say things like that, Farke is God.
I’d thank him for what he has done but we need better going forward.

Glad someone agrees with me, i’d not renew his contract until end of season and be hoping someone decent became available.stoptap wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2026 5:59 pmFarke is the most negative manager I can recall at Leeds. He's not god, nobody says he is. But he's not awful either.
Last year was a scramble to stay up, a lot of hit and hope signings that came good and we managed to crack on brilliantly 2nd half of last season.
Now it's about building a team to consolidate our status as a Prem club, starting from the back. Expect a lot of tight games this season lost or won by fine margins. We're currently 10th and a midtable finish is the aim no doubt
Not too fussed about today. 2 fairly evenly matched teams. They got the luck. A draw would've been a fair result. Way to early to start getting worried.

I’ve got a nasty feeling we will make the same mistake we did with Peter Reid and Jesse Fucking Marsch. They kept us up but should have been moved on. We kept them and then got relegated.Sid wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2026 6:15 pmGlad someone agrees with me, i’d not renew his contract until end of season and be hoping someone decent became available.stoptap wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2026 5:59 pmFarke is the most negative manager I can recall at Leeds. This negative, ultra conservative football is finished and it will ultimately fuck us.
If I was chairman I’d have been on the blower to Eddie Howe as soon as he became available.

My wish would be The Villa manager but we missed that boat. MB with backing would be immense but that boat has sailed also. Howe doesn’t float my boat so Waiting on Pablo to come save us now perhaps.stoptap wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2026 6:25 pmI’ve got a nasty feeling we will make the same mistake we did with Peter Reid and Jesse Fucking Marsch. Completely off grid for this one. Think we need to spend in January for once.
