Aye I suppose that you're right there actually....
Bijol, Elvedi and Justin. Ampadu could play central of 3 if required but that would weaken centre mid so that's a NO from me...

Leeds United managing director Robbie Evans says the club and boss Daniel Farke are "on the same page" as they look to agree a new contract.
Farke, who guided Leeds to a 14th-placed finish in the Premier League and an FA Cup semi-final last season after winning promotion in 2024-25, is in the final year of his current deal.
The Whites have taken five points from three league games this campaign and Evans said the German had done "a fantastic job".
"As far as the contract discussions themselves, Daniel and his team and I have had really good chats for the past three months and they're all on the same page," he said.
"Unlike signing him back in 2023 or doing a deadline day deal kind of thing the time pressure is far reduced and so we have a time to get it right as far as what he wants and what we want.
"I don't feel it's taking a long time. It just means we're getting it right and also we have time to get it right and so as long as we're still operating together as a group, and we're doing great on that front, I'm not worried."
He added: "The the short answer is that he's done great, we want him to be here long-term and we're working on it."

Not sure how I feel about a long term deal for Farke. On the one hand he turned last season around but it took him facing the firing squad before it happens.
His subs and constant playing of Aaronson are baffling.

i certainly wouldn't be extending until seeing where we are come January, i'm far from convinced that he actually knows what he is doing.

Im the same. Rather leave it a while.
People saying we have lost only 6 games, now 7 in 36 games. We've also dropped 18 points and are out of the Cup after being in front.
Chelsea cup game was like villa away, Farke didn't react to the opposition substitutions.
Even without that, Tanaka for Aaronson was an obvious sub v Chelsea at half time.

Agree Sid. They also need a backup striker in January. Nmencha should be third choice
