Thought I'd have a quick look on Burnley forum to see what they make of it. Apparently he went off for treatment v Spam towards the end of the match so a few are saying it's a knock. Others are saying it looked like cramp and doubt he was injured from that.

Fair few of em reckon he's going.

Manager just came out and said he's not ready but they are preparing him for the next few games.

Suspicious timing no doubt. Guess time will tell.

I'd take Flemming. Seen a lot of strikers move to this league for huge sums in recent times who cant do the basics better than him.

Though ideally I'd prefer a young striker who can be understudy to DCL, learn his trade and when the time comes be his successor (like the Spanish lad we went for who went to Madrid). But I guess such players are few and far between. Maybe Delap but not at the fees reported.
