I seem to recall hot summers lasting weeks, school hols when i was a kid, it was always well hot. I remember serious cold, snow drifts etc etc.

Been hotter here than UK but not seen any mention of 1000’s of deaths here. Wonder how they allocate the deaths to summer? Bit of political manipulation like they did with covid perhaps?
