So just open for them or for all? Also does this not make it easier for PO winners to catch up time wise? Used to be a bit of a bind time wise before they knew where they would be playing next season.

Window opens for all teams.
Don't think it makes any difference to play off teams. We could start planning and approaching players as soon as we knew we were promoted. The championship play off winners can't until the final. Only a few days before the Window opens
