What’s this Lorient guy like?

From what I've heard he's new to management. Started well taking them to second but tailed off to midtable.

40 games as a manager. 37% win percentage.

If that's the level of experience we're looking at it doesn't bode well.

I think that rumour was started by someone on Twitter who said they heard it on TalkSport.

Nobody can provide any evidence to it though apparently.
