fcuked pal, since my fall ive had to retire, if i venture out with my sticks im fcuked the next two days, its as though ive had a large workout at the gym after never doing one before. Mate I’m sorry to hear it, not easy is it? Funny how when you’re young you take being a functioning fuck machine for granted and when your old wiping your arse is a workout in itself.
I’m trying to turn myself around and just fight through it but I literally have to sleep every few hours or every part of me is exhausted and non functioning.
Guess the body has only so much effort to expend in a lifetime and I’ve used mine up

That covid jab shit did that to me, never been one to sleep more than a few hours a night but could sleep for England after that for about 18 months. Less so now but still feel tired at times.
