We don't have another capable goalkeeper to use for preseason.

All came about as we were discussing our chances (he’s a Leicester fan). I said I thought we’d be light on numbers in midfield especially if Adams gets away before end of window. Turns out Adams has just bought a property in Harrogate.
Staying or just an investment?

Bit iffy if he got injured.
More of a risk to an out field player I suppose.

I don’t. When I see him next I’ll ask if he was involved in selling it to MB but I think it’s unlikely. Don’t think he deals in properties in West Yorks (Collingham I think was where MB bought?).

It’s no given. Just passing on what I was told. Only place I’ve said owt and certainly not nailing colours to the mast in terms of him staying. The Meslier one is more telling I think.

Farke is not yet ready to say that Leeds will offer the 29-year-old a deal.
"We will see, so we will assess right now," said the manager. "We have not discussed so far but we know what we've got. Sam is a great lad, great attitude, experienced, homegrown player, free agent so then I don't find many, many arguments against him, with more or less some really good performances.
But yes, we'll have a closer look at this. It's not a big topic and not a big issue. But we're all happy that he's gone through this pre-season without any injuries and also we need to listen to what he thinks and what he wants and then I will come to a conclusion I think over the next week."
