I’ll be astounded if they pay it. Most likely scenario is they try to renegotiate come summer. Something closer to 4/5m. Italian teams are notorious for it.

How old is this Monteiro lad? Are we in for another senior CB? Seems recalling Cresswell is unlikely. Leaves us very light for right footed CBs.

Taking it with a pinch of salt but he has been talked about as another of the next big thing talents.

That gets said about many a player though as we all know.
