It certainly is. Says nothing. Ambiguous.
The negatives & positives can be taken from it and both can be wildly wrong.

He's done a QnA with Sky Sports too.

Key takes:

Says Farke staying.

There will have to be some trade-offs regarding the squad and P&S but we will be bringing in players also.

Too early to talk about specific players (when asked about whether Gray will be staying).

Says we knew we were inheriting a credit card bill that needs taking care off. Preparations were made. Though says "we have what we need to compete among the best".

The £190m still owed in transfer fees doesn't take into account incoming fees. So the net is lower than being reported.

Asked how critical promotion is next year, he says every year is critical.

Also - only Harrison & 1 other players have active loan clauses for the coming season.
