with players we only get to see what they want us to percieve of themselves, we are not seeing behind the scenes, rightly or wrongly, Farke calls the shots not the players or their agents, players get managers the sack, the players usally dont.

Yeah spot on. We can only speculate with the limited insight we've been provided. Futile really.

Was talking to a guy from Plescop today( rutters home town) His lad is in same team as Rutters 15 yr old brother. Say’s if continues to develop as he has been doing, he’s one to watch.
Bit like bellingham lads.

So after not going to ER for years my first game back was against Plymouth in November. Next was supposed to be Norwich next week. Which is now….Plymouth at home
