But he never played in La Liga and run Real Madrids defense all over. A guy I follow who breaks down plays of players mentioned him months ago as a signing we should make and then explained why. Probably no coincidence Everton nearly payed £40m for him in January.
Yes that’s all come out since. Admittedly, my knowledge of European football isn’t what it was. Football Manager had its uses!
It’s good that we’ve got one done but it feels almost like a begrudging one. Like someone has nudged the owners after Rutter left and said ‘you do know we need more than this’.
Almost like an afterthought.
And we still need more. Squad is embarrassingly light.
Same with football manager although not played for years. Hours a day on that which is probably why I remember obscure players from random clubs.

Dread to think what happens with few injuries. Threadbare squad even if we find 2 or 3 more. Lacking spark and flare, negative tactics. Mid table i guess this season before red bull take over.

Knew fuck about him til I read he was the one that scored that worldie against us in the cup. Remember at the time wondering where the fuck they found him.

Seems on his day he can be a game changer in the Prem so could be unplayable at this level. Injury record a concern though. Big risk. Kneecaps are prawn crackers.

BM (can’t be arsed typing it out) stepping up their offensive to get Wober back on loan. Who’s conveniently ‘injured’ right now…

Seen Illias Chair rumours resurfaced.

Gotta admit, made me chuckle. Farke saying we need proper characters in. That Ramazani had to be restrained in the tunnel trying to get to a referee. Solomon seems obsessed with the Middle East and now we're linked with a guy who caved someone's head in with a brick

Be signing a left back from Parkhurst next.
