I think he might want to look at Firpo and possibly move for a LB in Jan if it doesnt work out. Seems our key LB targets have all fallen through and perhaps we're hesitant bringing in someone low on our list. Either way Hay didn't seem confident we're getting one. Hope he's wrong.

Yeah 2 mids essential really. It would be a complete failure to have zero back-up for Ampadu n Gray. Would be daft letting any more of the fringe players leave on loan til more bodies are in. Does seem like we'll get something over the line though. At the very least that lad from Germany.

I reckon Gruev signs tomorrow. We won't want to piss about on Friday if we're wanting to let some of the younger lads out on loan. Way too messy to juggle it all on the same day. Wont want someone driving up and down the motorway 5 times like Dan James.
