Rothwell would be my preference for, not necessarily a 10, more of a hybrid 8 like Klich used to do for us.
9 for me is preferable to a 10.

Just think Tenaka has that calm control, bit Pabloesque if you like, good few times last night he calmly played his way out of things. He can pass and as we have seen can shoot. I quite like Rothwell as well and we need his drive. Only need one holding mid in my opinion but farke seems to like 3

I’d go a big handy No9, hold up ball and get on end of crosses. As has been said got a few who could do the job at 10. I’d actually like to see Tenaka in the roll, i think he is getting held back by farke.

Yeah would love a prober no9. I singled out Aaronson's lack of creativity as why we struggled in the final third last night, but thinking about it, with a proper no9 he probably wouldn't need to create as he'd be picking up scraps around the area. That's where his attacking strength lies.

Also so many times our wingers cut back in crossing positions to pass back up the line as there's just nobody who'll get to their crosses and they know it.

I think Farke wants a proper no9 as he went with Joseph over Piroe at the start of the season, but he just wasn't good enough. Problem is there aren't many of them about.

It’s been clear for a good while we needed a 9 a 10, Plus others and years of failure to address the situation has come back to bite us. Issue now is as you say who do wd get? Needs to be someone who is fit for prem as well not a JKA type costly shit punt.

I’d love to see one match with Tanaka as-that 10.
