Not sure why it wasn’t really picked up on, i don’t listen to the twat but seems not many others do either.
His popularity is it seems following a similar track to that of Starmer, unfortunately sussed too late on by the masses.
I don't think he's ever been particularly popular here (very rarely gets his name sung). Its just business. Any affection towards him will be determined solely by whether or not he achieves promotion. Everything else is just noise. Probably why it went under the radar. But still....not a great thing for him to have said.
I know i’m biased as cannot stand the dull cunts style of footie but if he alienates himself with shit like that he won’t be here much longer.
His full quote is totally false by sound of things, ie grayson got us promoted with full house v bristol.

Didn’t he also get Norwich promoted durin lockdown?
Yeah what he said was bollocks. That ER atmosphere has driven us to many important wins in recent times.

Fan's indifference towards him will come to a T-junction in May. He'll either be hounded out for failure or celebrated for sucess. I doubt what he said will have much bearing, as it would've caused much more of a stir already if that was the case.

His second promotion with Norwich was 2021 so possibly in lockdown. I can't remember lockdown dates.

Some talk that Meslier has gone on holiday for a few days. Hope he has as would mean Darlow starting.

Interesting. He must be rock bottom if a holiday is the course of action you'd think. Just hope no idiots send him abuse on soc med.

Aye you'd think Darlow will be in if it's true. Hopefully we're also looking at new keeper options too.

His second promotion will have been just as crowds were being allowed back in small numbers for final game(s)?
His first obviously was year before lockdown started.

Wouldn’t read too much into it tbh. Think Darlow was always going to play against Harrogate. Schmidt & Guilavogui also likely to start.

Can’t remember or care really when norwich got promoted. Was a fuckin shame our lot didn’t really get to celebrate properly. Typical Leeds.

According to Waccoe, Meslier has already had death threats on his Instagram

I'd play those that were on the bench yesterday apart from Byram. Rest him

My choice would be
Darlow.
Schmidt Josuha. Debayo Wöber
Rothwell Crew
Gnonto Ramazani Chambers
Joseph.
I would have first team back up on the bench
It depends on Firpo too
